Special Districts

SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Services for Your Neighborhood

divider

A substantial part of our professional practice relates to planning, designing, surveying, and managing construction of infrastructure to serve master-planned communities within special-purpose districts. The form of these special districts includes Public Improvement Districts, Municipal Management Districts, Municipal Utility Districts, Water Control and Improvement Districts, and Fresh Water Supply Districts.

We currently serve more than 20 existing special districts throughout the state of Texas, ranging in size from hundreds to thousands of acres. The largest, Heartland, is planned to have a population of over 25,000 people at full buildout, while providing water and wastewater service to an additional 15,000 people living in adjacent districts.

In addition to our existing districts, we are currently involved in the formation of more than a dozen new special purpose districts around north Texas.
