Our team provided civil engineering, surveying, and entitlement services for this 6.5-acre upscale senior living community located along the northern bank of the Trinity River in Fort Worth’s premier Clearfork development. At nine stories, the independent living building is the tallest structure in the Clearfork area and includes a five-story assisted living and memory care facility adjacent connected by back-of-house areas and a structured, underground parking garage spanning both buildings.

This new location in Clearfork boasts impressive views of the Trinity River, accomplished through creative design solutions which addressed access, grading, and drainage on the site. The successful project required close coordination between the design team and the City of Fort Worth to address easement encroachments allowing for a wide range of resort-style amenities such as outdoor areas featuring lush landscaping, ample gathering areas, and a dog park.
