Following the adoption of the Northport Industrial Park master plan, Peloton Land Solutions, a Westwood company began the civil design for the first building, Northport 3. This 1.2M SF facility, the largest in the Northport Park, is now home to Stanley Black & Decker’s Regional Distribution Center. Peloton Land Solutions, a Westwood company provided entitlement, platting of the site into the City of Northlake, land planning, master infrastructure design, and franchise utility coordination.

Our engineers performed the site civil design including grading, paving, stormwater, water, and sanitary sewer for the 56.3-acre site. The site offers significant trailer staging capacity at its entrance, ample trailer parking, and 360° on-site truck circulation. Its frontage on Dale Earnhardt Way provides direct access to both I-35W and Texas 114.
