The 225K SF building includes a 185-foot truck court with 46 dock doors and two drive-in ramps. Currently with 38 trailer parking spaces, the site is expandable to 80 spaces, and includes 92 car parking spaces. As part of the Northport Industrial Park, the site is strategically located within minutes of BNSF Railway’s Alliance Intermodal Hub and Amazon Air’s Regional Hub, among other logistics amenities. Peloton Land Solutions, a Westwood company provided all entitlement and site design services for the five industrial buildings located in the Northport sector, beginning with the earliest due diligence phases of the project.
