This 355-unit quadrangle-style multi-family development consists of 12 four-story buildings connected by open-air walkways on an 11.75-acre site. The project features a large, open amenity center and clubhouse, business/study area, large gym, resort pool, three grill houses, outdoor activity area, pond with fountain, tuck-under garages, and more.

Peloton Land Solutions, a Westwood company performed zoning, platting, entitlement, and engineering design for the site. Access restrictions and significant topography on this project challenged the design team, requiring attention to grading and the addition of retaining walls. Continuous engagement with the owner, architect, and contractor throughout the project ensured that this beautiful property was completed per the developer’s vision.
