Alliance Center North is an 872-acre industrial park in north Fort Worth, situated at the confluence of Henrietta Creek and Elizabeth Creek. These two major streams combine to drain more than 90 square miles of watershed. Peloton Land Solutions, a Westwood company has developed and continues to refine a hydrologic model of these two watersheds, updated to reflect new developments as they occur. Elizabeth Creek bounds the north portion of the Alliance Center North site, and Peloton Land Solutions, a Westwood company has evaluated reclamation scenarios to recover developable land without causing impacts to adjacent or downstream properties. Henrietta Creek bounds a portion of the eastern edge of the property, and our team provided hydraulic analysis of this area for use in planning of a future regional city park. Our team is also responsible for onsite drainage of the development, including segments of three arterial streets, small existing streams, new channels and storm drain networks, and a downstream assessment for the overall development.
