The Greenway master-planned community, located between Preston Road and Dallas Parkway in Celina, provides the perfect blend of small town living with big city access. The project features an amenity center with community swimming pool, play areas, greenbelts, on-street parking, and a hammock park. A paved trail meanders through the heart of the community for walking, jogging, and cycling.

Our team completed the civil engineering design for all four phases of the residential development including paving, grading, storm drainage, and utilities. Off-site utility design required to serve the community included thousands of linear feet of 12” water line and 8” to 12” sanitary sewer lines, some of which cross the 100-year floodplain.

At full-build out the 121-acre community will include 360 single-family homes on varying lot sizes, some served with rear alleyways and on-street  parking.
