Peloton Land Solutions, a Westwood company performed the site civil design for a 28,000 square foot office building and related parking on a 3-acre site located within the Grapevine Station commercial development in Grapevine, Texas. Site construction plans included grading, utility, storm drain, erosion control, and franchise utility locations with considerations made for three future buildings and their associated parking. Grapevine Station is a 38-acre development located in the heart of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, west of Texan Trail. With the D/FW Airport, Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, and the Great Wolf Lodge as its neighbors, Grapevine Station offers convenience, great visibility, and growing traffic volumes.
