Totaling 180,000 square feet, this riverside campus features six stories of premium Class A office space and a 3-story parking deck. It is situated in a park-like setting with preserved tree canopy and views of the Trinity River, between the Chisholm Trail Parkway and the Trinity Trails. Peloton Land Solutions, a Westwood company provided surveying, platting, urban forestry, and site civil design services for this 14-acre site located in the Clearfork mixed-use development in the heart of Fort Worth. Our engineers worked with the design and construction team to add the 3-story parking deck after construction commenced and coordinated closely throughout this project with the architect and contractor. Peloton Land Solutions, a Westwood company is currently working on the addition of a second 6-story office building on this campus (5700 Clearfork Main Street). Our environmental scientists and arborist prepared an overall urban forestry plan for the entire Clearfork mixed-use development based on a conceptual plan. They coordinated with City of Fort Worth Urban Forestry staff on each new phase within the development, continually tracking tree canopy numbers for the project.
