Bluestem Village multi-family residential community is located at the southwest corner of Prestige Road and North Riverside Drive in Alliance Town Center. Our team provided planning, civil engineering design, and surveying services for the 16-acre site which will ultimately connect to the Scissortail linear park system (also designed by Peloton Land Solutions, a Westwood company), further linking the property to local amenities including Sandstrom Pond and Bluestem Park. Civil site design included storm drainage, water and sewer systems, grading, and paving. Parking areas were graded to meet ADA requirements and to aid in drainage.

The development includes ten multi-family apartment buildings, five townhome style buildings, parking, internal access streets, a fitness center, dog parks, and a resort-style pool. The community is set in an ideal location with easy access to I-35W and connection to more than 50 miles of regional hike-and-bike trails.
