This 460K SF industrial building is occupied by Mainfreight Warehousing, a logistics and transport company servicing retail and direct to consumer fulfillment. The facility is the company’s largest in North America with cross-dock configuration, a 185-foot-long truck court, two 135-foot-long truck courts, 122 dock doors, 89 trailer parking spaces, and 130 car parking spaces.

Our team performed the site civil engineering design including paving, grading, water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater drainage. Our hydrologists prepared a floodplain study for the project resulting in floodplain reclamation and provided storm drain channel design with two driveway culvert crossings. The site has frontage on I-35W with direct access to the service road and benefits from established transportation and logistics options in the area. It is part of the 27,000-acre master-planned AllianceTexas community which offers world-class aviation, office, industrial, retail, educational, residential and recreational opportunities.
