Established in early 2010, Peloton Land Solutions is a growing Texas-based consulting firm with approximately 200 professional engineers, planners, surveyors, scientists, landscape architects, and support personnel in five office locations. Our firm provides comprehensive design services to residential, commercial, industrial, municipal, and energy sector clients. Peloton’s expertise includes: planning, civil engineering, surveying, hydraulics and hydrology, landscape architecture, and environmental science. We offer a complete host of services while maintaining a personal touch and focused dedication on each project.

One of the original founding partners, Aric Head serves as Executive Vice President of Strategic Pursuits, focusing on the strategic planning, development, and growth of new lines of business. Aric has led multi-disciplinary land development and planning projects for both private and public sector clients and his municipal planning activities include comprehensive planning and ordinance updates. His land planning activities include site analysis and feasibility, master planning, site design, platting, and zoning for commercial, industrial, single-family, and multi-family projects, as well as land use and thoroughfare planning for development clients and regional interests.

He is currently serving on the Operating Board of Directors and  as Chair of the Advancement Committee for the Botanical Research Institute of Texas. Aric is also a long-standing member of the American Planning Association and a sustaining member of the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth. He has previously served as chairman of the Fort Worth Chapter of Ducks Unlimited, as Stakeholder Representative for Fort Worth Council District 4 for the Stormwater Management Program Master Plan Update, and as Chair of the Tarrant County March of Dimes March for Babies Executive Leadership Team.

Richard is a highly motivated leader and values his relationships with clients and employees alike. These traits, along with his proven ability to lead strong project teams, execute business strategies, and consistently offer superior client service, make him a standout among engineering competitors.

Richard’s experience in civil engineering design, operations management, and quality assurance/control provides him with a strong background ensuring sound and practical designs on all Peloton projects. He is a graduate of Leadership Fort Worth, a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and Texas Society of Professional Engineers, and chairman of an international board for Wesley Methodist Children’s Camp in Latvia.

As CEO, Randy Alexander oversees leadership development, recruiting, and the operations of engineers, planners, surveyors, and scientists. Previously operations manager for Peloton’s Fort Worth office, Randy has been an integral part of the leadership team for years and helps formulate and implement company policies and processes.

With more than 28 years of technical experience, he joined the firm in 2010 as an environmental program manager, overseeing environmental and natural resource due diligence, regulatory permitting, and municipal entitlements and planning efforts for land development and energy projects in the north central Texas area. His clients include municipalities, land developers, and energy exploration and production companies. Randy provides direction to shape projects and programs to assure buildable and long-term sustainable solutions for clients within demanding timelines. He is a certified wildlife biologist (CWB) and is a member of The Wildlife Society and the Society of Texas Environmental Professionals.

Travis Clegg is a vice president, principal, and business development manager providing overall program management for mixed-use and master-planned residential projects. As a registered professional engineer, he has an extensive background in civil engineering design, entitlement, program management, and city and client coordination and routinely provides client representation at city planning and zoning meetings, city council meetings, and homeowner association presentations. With 20 years of experience providing engineering designs, he remains committed to meeting and exceeding client needs and expectations.

Travis is a Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council sustaining member – Chairman of the Political Advisory Committee (PAC), member of the Urban Land Institute, Greater Fort Worth Builders Association – Chairman of the Hammer & Nails Committee (PAC), and Chairman of the Fort Worth Development Advisory Committee (DAC). He has served on numerous city of Fort Worth committees including the North Fort Worth Transportation Task Force and Tarrant Transit Alliance Founders Council, as well as the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce Transportation Committee. A graduate of Leadership Fort Worth, Travis was named to Fort Worth Inc.’s 2021 List of the 400 Most Influential People in Fort Worth and was selected by Fort Worth Business as a 2016 “40 Under 40” designee.

With more than 20 years of consulting experience, Nathan Thompson serves as vice president and principal at Peloton. In this capacity, he manages client relationships and oversees the entitlement, engineering design, and construction process for numerous projects throughout Texas. Nathan is well known for, and has extensive experience in, assisting developers and land owners in negotiating development and utility service agreements, obtaining zoning on property, as well as the formation and administration of various special-purpose districts including municipal utility districts (MUDs), water control and improvement districts (WCIDs), fresh water supply districts (FWSDs), and public improvement districts (PIDs), and has coordinated with municipalities on the creation of tax increment reinvestment zones (TIRZ).  In addition, he has extensively coordinated obtaining approvals through the TCEQ and the PUC related to project utility service. Throughout his career, Nathan has managed a wide range of master-planned projects ranging in size from a few to thousands of acres.

Jonathan Ragsdale is a vice president, principal, and registered landscape architect (RLA). Serving as operations manager for Peloton’s Frisco office, Erik Hinklin is responsible for overall project management including monitoring progress throughout all phases, providing technical expertise to team members, and maintaining communication with clients. This includes a wide variety of project types including municipal infrastructure, single-family, multi-family, office/retail, light industrial, institutional/cultural, and higher education. Erik has worked with a range of clients including Centurion American, Provident Realty Advisors, City of Celina, Carter BloodCare, Meals on Wheels, and TCU. In addition, he has worked on projects for churches, self-storage facilities, miscellaneous office/retail, and regional hike-and-bike trails.

As a professional engineer and certified floodplain manager (CFM), he has 23 years’ experience designing and managing public infrastructure projects, has served as city engineer for five local municipalities, and has developed capital improvement plans for various municipalities throughout North Texas. He has experience in operation management and leading significant public and private projects in the DFW area. Brian provides general engineering services including project management, consultation regarding general engineering issues, construction administration, and quality assurance/quality control. As a trusted member on numerous city committees, he has a proven ability to lead large project teams and offers exceptional client service.

Denny Peters oversees Peloton’s Las Vegas office as the Nevada operations manager leading business development and operations in the region. He has more than 30 years of experience, mostly in Nevada and California, and served as community development engineering manager for the city of Reno. As a professional engineer (P.E.) and professional hydrologist (PH), he has experience in civil and environmental engineering with expertise in water resources and hydrology.

With a focus on residential, commercial, and industrial development, as well as public infrastructure, Denny oversees a full range of services focusing on site selection, planning, zoning, feasibility studies, utility and infrastructure planning, civil engineering, flood studies and permitting. He has a comprehensive project management background and hands-on analysis and design experience on both public and private projects. Denny holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, California.

Marc Paquette is an associate principal of the firm and has more than 30 years of experience as a consulting engineer and project manager assisting major single-family land development clients with the successful implementation of their projects and vision. He specializes in leading multi-disciplined project teams on entitlements, utility district creation, preliminary engineering design, value engineering, construction document preparation, and construction administration. Marc has collaborated with cities in utility and roadway planning and has supervised the design and construction of municipal utility extensions and arterial/thoroughfare roadways. He is registered as a professional engineer in multiple states.

Chris Hamilton is an associate principal and the manager of the water, energy & environmental group at Peloton where he oversees a team of engineers, hydrologists, environmental scientists, and biologists who provide water resource, environmental, and regulatory compliance services throughout Texas. His skills include oil and gas entitlements in urban areas, pipeline route analysis, environmental assessments for real estate transactions, surface water permits, mitigation banks, natural resource surveys, wetland delineations, and tree surveys/urban forestry plans. Chris has extensive experience with commercial real estate transactions, including environmental due diligence, environmental reviews, state and federal regulatory programs, and field investigations. The team regularly assists landowners and developers in evaluating their properties for development potential based on known environmental and floodplain constraints and guiding them through today’s complicated and ever-changing regulatory atmosphere.

Chris is also an ISA Certified Arborist, Certified Stormwater Inspector, Qualified Environmental Professional under ASTM Practice E1527-21, and he meets the FAA requirements for performing wildlife hazard assessments at airports. In addition, he is an officer of the Fort Worth Chapter of the Society of Texas Environmental Professionals and a member of the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council, Texas Chapter of the Wildlife Society, Texas Wildlife Association, and the Texas Chapter of the International Society of Arboriculture.

Brad Sicard currently leads Peloton’s site civil practice group from the Downtown Fort Worth office.  His site civil engineering and project management experience is varied, ranging from retail/commercial projects and large industrial distribution centers to mixed-use developments.  Notably, Brad is providing ongoing services for the The Shops at Clearfork in Fort Worth and was the project manager of the JB Hunt terminal at the BNSF Intermodal facility in Haslet and the Wal-Mart distribution center in AllianceTexas.  He joined Peloton in 2012 and has 15 years of civil engineering experience on projects extending across the state of Texas and around the globe. Originally from Shreveport, LA, Brad attended Texas A&M University where he graduated with a degree in civil engineering.

David has led land planning business development and expansion efforts for the North Texas region and routinely negotiates and coordinates efforts with city development services departments regarding project issues. He represents his clients during public presentations of proposed projects to area city councils, planning and zoning commissions, and other various boards and committees. He has also served on Celina’s Planning and Zoning Commission, Building and Standards Committee, Comprehensive Plan Committee, and Citizen Bond Committee.
