The new hires in Fort Worth include Senior Project Manager Denny Peters, PE, PH; and Human Resources Manager Tara Tibbetts, PHR; and in Frisco, Senior Project Manager Nathan Thompson, PE.

Senior Project Manager Denny Peters, PE, PH comes to Peloton with almost 25 years’ experience in civil and environmental engineering with expertise in water resources and hydrology. At Peloton he is responsible for managing project budgets and schedules, contributing to business development, and cultivating client relationships, among other areas. Peters is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas, as well as a professional hydrologist. Peters holds a Master of Science, Civil and Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University.
With 10 years’ experience in the human resource arena, Human Resources Manager Tara Tibbetts, PHR is responsible for the administration of benefit plans and procedures, overseeing personnel policies and procedures, maintaining the company’s compensation program, and overseeing recruitment. Tibbetts graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Public Relations from Carroll College, Helena, Montana, and from Texas Christian University, Fort Worth, Texas with a Master of Science in Communication in Human Relations. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Junior League of Fort Worth.
Senior Project Manager Nathan Thompson, PE comes to Peloton with 15 years’ experience in private land development. As a senior project manager for Peloton, Nathan is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships and projects, as well as overseeing the entitlement and engineering design process for large master planned residential communities to small infill development. Nathan will also assist developers in the formation and administration of various special-purpose districts, while coordinating with municipalities on tax increment financing (TIF) and tax increment reinvestment zones (TIRZ). He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas and has been admitted to the State Bar of Texas. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University at College Station, and a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas.
