Easton Park, located 12 minutes east of downtown Austin, is a 1,500-acre urban master-planned community that will ultimately include 5,000 new homes, 300 acres of parks, 13 miles of trails, an outdoor amphitheater, a community center, and an amenity center that will feature a resort style pool, fitness center, indoor/outdoor lounge areas and much more. Peloton is serving as the civil engineer for the development and amenities for the Easton Park Community. Services include the preliminary engineering design of major transportation and utility infrastructure, final platting, surveying, and final engineering design of construction plans for roadways, storm, water, wastewater, and detention and water quality ponds. Our in-house drainage specialists prepared and processed drainage studies, Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR), and Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) applications through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Peloton also serves as the Municipal Utility District (MUD) Engineer, providing the services necessary for the Pilot Knob MUDs, including the public bidding process, determination of improvements eligible for reimbursement, and management of files required for bond reimbursement.
