Clearfork, a mixed-use development within the storied Edwards Ranch in the heart of Fort Worth, offers miles of riverfront and direct access to the Trinity Trail, along with acres of parks and green spaces. The large scale development will ultimately accommodate up to 2 million square feet of Class A office space, 1.2 million square feet of retail space, including boutique shops, upscale dining, and entertainment from a blend of national, regional and local retailers, as well as Neiman Marcus, and 2,500 multi-family residences. Peloton Land Solution, a Westwood company is the civil engineering firm of record for the project, coordinating site civil, utilities, and infrastructure design and construction among the project’s various architects, engineers, and landscape architects. Our team is responsible for city approvals of plats and construction plans, coordinating with all city departments on a continual basis. Phase One is currently under construction and will include 392 residences, 325,000 square feet of retail space, and 100,000 square feet of office space. Clearfork is easily accessed via several major thoroughfares, including I-20, I-30 and the recently opened Chisholm Trail Parkway, which stretches from downtown Fort Worth south to Cleburne.
