FORT WORTH OFFICE

Civil engineer with 3-5 years’ experience in civil engineering land development design. Work directly with licensed Professional Engineers (P.E.), planners, designers and scientists on a variety of civil design tasks including: utility design, drainage, grading, erosion control, paving, cost estimating, feasibility. Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities. Work may include occasional assistance with proposal development and contract documentation. Demonstrated ability to take direction and work independently and in a team environment. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microstation, Civil 3D. Position ideal for candidate seeking testing to become a P.E. Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and FE/EIT certification (or recent testing) required.

The Marketing Coordinator will work to support the efforts of Peloton’s business development and project management teams. This is a new position and offers the incumbent the opportunity to establish marketing activities from the ground up.

Essential Functions

  • Support business development initiatives
  • Preparation of proposals, SOQ’s, and presentations
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials including resumes, project descriptions, brochures, PowerPoint presentations, email blasts, social media ads, print materials, conference materials, and promotional items
  • Oversee brand management
  • Update website content
  • Manage social media accounts
  • Coordinate project photography

Position Requirements:

FRISCO OFFICE

Civil engineer with 3-5 years’ experience in civil engineering land development design. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with 5-10 years’ civil engineering design experience for commercial/site and/or residential land development projects (including: paving, grading, storm drain, erosion control, sanitary sewer, water). Leadership position for a motivated engineer seeking professional growth. Individual will manage engineering work and coordinate with other disciplines, cultivate successful client relationships, nurture career development for junior engineers and civil designers. Registered Professional Engineer (PE) and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.

Texas RPLS required

Experienced Registered Professional Land Surveyor (Texas RPLS) with in-depth knowledge of the discipline of Professional Land Surveying needed to launch the Survey Department for the Frisco office of Peloton Land Solutions, an established civil engineering firm with more than 15 people in the Frisco office. Survey Manager will be responsible for the hiring, training, development, and leadership of a team of survey technicians and field crews. Candidate will also be responsible for development and adherence to strategic survey goals while growing the business and maintaining client relationships.

Candidate must have experience with Boundary and ALTA/NSPS Surveys; TSPS Survey categories; Tree and Topographic Surveys; subdivision plat creation, calculation, and construction; metes and bounds descriptions; easements; etc. A solid understanding of municipal platting requirements is preferred. In addition, the candidate should be familiar with survey processes and procedures for land development projects and shall be proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D, Carlson Survey, Leica and/or Trimble survey equipment and software, and MS Office. The Survey Manager must have the ability to manage multiple projects and project teams successfully. Strong communication and organizational skills are required for this position. Registered Professional Land Surveyor licensing (RPLS) in the State of Texas required.

Peloton is currently seeking to hire a Receptionist for our Frisco office. The primary responsibilities in this position are answering phones and directing calls, welcoming guests,  and providing general administrative support. The successful candidates will be skilled at using Microsoft Office software, be customer service oriented, and be able to multi-task effectively. Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred, but not required. This is a full-time position and the schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8am until 5pm.

AUSTIN OFFICE

PE required

Peloton is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for our Austin office with at least one year of experience. The candidate will answer phones, stock and assist with ordering office supplies, prepare office correspondence and other tasks as needed to support Peloton’s Austin office. Candidate must have their own transportation as they may need to run errands to City offices and assist with off-site employee events. Position may become full-time at a later date.

LAS VEGAS OFFICE

Civil engineer with 2-4 years’ experience in civil engineering land development design. Work directly with licensed Professional Engineers, planners, designers and surveyors on a variety of civil design tasks including: hydrology/hydraulic analysis, drainage and grading, site and roadway paving, earthwork calculations, utility designs, quantity and cost estimating, and feasibility studies. Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities. Work may include occasional assistance with proposal development and contract documentation. Familiarity with local agency standards and application/permit processing desirable. Demonstrated ability to take direction and work independently and in a team environment with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of AutoCAD required – Civil 3D experience a plus. Position ideal for candidate seeking testing to become a P.E. Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and Engineer Intern Certification (or recent Fundamentals of Engineering testing) required.
