The Fort Worth Downtown Design Review Board (DDRB) on March 1 approved a conceptual request by Zamco Properties for an increase in massing and form for The Worth luxury residential condominium tower, which faces W. Bluff and is bounded by N. Henderson Street, Mills Street, and W. Peach Street in downtown Fort Worth. The original plan called for 24-stories and 115 units, but the new plan calls for 30, with 135 condominiums.
