After just two years with Peloton Land Solutions, Inc. (Peloton), Senior Project Manager Nathan Thompson has been promoted to associate principal in the company’s Frisco office.

A 17-year veteran of land development and civil engineering, Associate Principal/Senior Project Manager Nathan Thompson, PE started with Peloton in 2016. Nathan manages client relationships, as well as oversees the entitlement and engineering design process for numerous projects. Nathan is well-known for, and has extensive experience in, assisting developers in the formation and administration of various special-purpose districts such as: municipal utility districts (MUDs), water control and improvement districts (WCIDs), fresh water supply districts (FWSDs) and public improvement districts (PIDs), and has coordinated with municipalities on tax increment financing (TIF) and tax increment reinvestment zones (TIRZ). Throughout his career, Nathan has managed a wide range of North Texas projects including single-family residential, industrial, and commercial sites ranging from a few acres to more than 1,000 acres.
He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas and has been admitted to the State Bar of Texas. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University at College Station, and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas.
